The international Day Of Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) is an occasion mark around the world in honour of Persons with Disabilities. Deaf women Association of Nigeria(DWAN) join other NGOs and Persons with Disabilities in Nigeria and around the world to celebrate this historic occasion.
DWAN is a Women Organization which seek to empower and advocates for equality and eradication of all forms of violence against deaf Women and girls.
As the over 25mIllion Persons With Disabilities commemorates this epic occasion, it’s our believe that government at all levels will expedite action on strategic needs of deaf Women and girls to ensure a sense of equality ,inclusiveness and dignity.
